SAGE Truck Driving School provides CDL Testing services for Class A, B and vehicles ranging from tractor trailers, straight trucks, commercial vehicles.
Our equipment, Class A only, is available, additional charges apply for B rentals, or you may bring your own equipment. Need documentation of registration, insurance and licensed CDL driver accompanying you for the exam before scheduling.
All persons interested in testing need their CDL permit, driver’s license and DOT medical card.
The testing site is located at: N. 5th Ave. Lebanon PA
The skills test is conducted by State Approved Third Party CDL examiners.
Tests are available by appointment only. To schedule a CDL Test use the online request form or call us at 717-274-8804.
Scheduling Requirement: Please provide a copy of your permit and license in person or by email at Lebanon@sageschools.com at the time an appointment is scheduled.
Cost for the CDL exam A or B is $350.00, check, money order, or credit cards accepted. Will add additional fee if renting B equipment or A automatic.
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due when appointment is confirmed. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged for appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours from test date. All fees are non-refundable for late cancellations or no shows.
