Scheduling Requirements

• Tests must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Appointments are scheduled in 2-hour time slots.

From South Florida:

1. Take I-95 North and exit at 129 for FL-70 E / Okeechobee Rd toward Fort Pierce.
2. Turn right onto FL-70 E and continue for about 5 miles.
3. Turn left into the Renaissance complex, just behind PNC Bank.
4. Drive about 5 miles.
5. Turn left into Renaissance Plaza, behind the PNC Bank.
6. Look for 4200 Okeechobee Rd – Sage Truck Driving School is located in Suite #92.

From the Florida Northbound:

1. Exit at 152 for FL-70 E.
2. Follow FL-70 E for about 5 miles and turn left into the Renaissance complex behind PNC Bank.
3. Look for 4200 Okeechobee Rd, Suite #92.

From North Florida:

1. Take I-95 South and exit at 129 for FL-70 E / Okeechobee Rd.
2. Turn left onto FL-70 E and follow the same directions as above.

From Florida Turnpike (Southbound):

1. Exit at 152 for FL-70 E.
2. Continue on FL-70 E to the Renaissance Plaza.
3. Look for 4200 Okeechobee Rd, Suite #92.
